Chando lives in New York City. Chando was a student of Manhattan College when she became an actress. Chando is best known for playing Maddie Coleman from As the World Rotates, the tv soap opera she starred in between 2005 through 2007. The show also aired in the final episode of 2009, this time for a few months. Alexandra first came to prominence acting in 2002, as she was cast as Jenna Harper on the TV series House Blend. In the following three seasons, she starred on the American soap opera for television that aired in CBS, As the World Turns in the role of Maddie Coleman. Chando made her TV debut in True life (an American documentary) at the end of 2009. Then, in 2009 she was a guest on Sherri, a television show. In addition, she appeared in two episodes of American comedy-drama series Glory Daze as Annabelle. Her credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
